Pat comes across as being a real nice guy and willing to go above and beyond. But when it comes down to it, the work he did was below par. I had to point out everything that was wrong. Some things he’s fixed and some things he had an excuse for why it was like that.
He either didn’t know how to do things or he just didn’t care how it was done. He kept telling me that I owe him more more money, but didn’t have any paperwork or receipts to prove it. There’s a lot in this house he didn’t do right and a lot of things that he got paid for that he didn’t finish. I finally had to let him go, and now I have to pay again for the job he didn’t do.
