Alicia Hassan, I used this company 3 times for the same problem, the last tech John Gross tried to sell me something called a board for 1,100.00 and then proceeded to get me to buy a new unit for 6,800.00. All together with 3 techs, still problem not fixed. I call another company who fixed that board for 250.00. Do not hire them.
