Please let us know if there is something that you are not satisfied with and we will be happy to take a look at it right away. Next Door Home Repair hereby guarantees that the labor portion of the work performed on its projects are to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the finish date, or date of notice of completion, whichever is the first to occur. This Standard Limited Warranty applies and is limited as follows: To the property only as long as it remains in the possession of the original owner. To the work that has not been subject to accident, misuse or abuse. To the work that has not been modified, altered, defaced, or had repairs made or attempted by others. Next Door Home Repair must be immediately notified in writing within ten (10) days of first knowledge of defect by owner or agent. That Next Door Home Repair shall be given first opportunity to make any repairs, replacements or corrections to the defective work at no cost to owner within a reasonable period of time. Under no circumstances shall Next Door Home Repair be liable by virtue of this warranty or otherwise for damage to any person or property whatsoever for any special, indirect, secondary or consequential damages of any nature however arising out of the use or inability to use because of the construction defect. For six months from the date of invoice, Next Door Home Repair will repair free of charge defects in workmanship performed pursuant to the signed estimate. There are no other guarantees expressed or implied, and there is no liability for consequential damages of any nature or kind. Guarantee is for labor only. Materials are not included. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. |
