We hired Mason Touch to do our front steps. The project started in May and it is still not done (today is Sept 11). The crew will show up one day and disappear for two weeks. Show up another day and then disappear again for two weeks. By my count, the owner, Vincen Tejada, has lied to us on five different occasions about when he will work (saying he will work on a certain week and never showing) or about when the job will be done (by end of August). Earlier in the job when they did show up to work, they left their empty water bottles and McDonald's garbage on my front lawn. At this point, I have zero faith that the job will ever get done.
