We reached out to Victor Markiewicz to fix our roof, he ensured us that he would get started as soon as the insurance came back with an estimate. He also requested that we give him $2000 down payment for the work. He told us he would provide an emergency cover for the time being which he charged $540 for. The insurance came back with an estimate that he did not like, Victor Markiewicz decided to keep the remaining $1460 and not work on the roof. We have attempted to contact him via email and telephone but he is avoiding us. He has stolen our money and we cannot get a hold of him. Never did the work, took $2000 and disappeared.
