Love this company! Dan Loebrich & Crew did three renovations for us recently. On all three, he listed to our goals/helped us figure out the best way to do the project balancing style/budget/our desires, etc. We were super-happy with the quality, the materials, and the workmanship. He was easy to work with, always on time and communicate well when things got off track. (Always something that pops up...!) On time and on budget. His crew was friendly and respectful of our home, keeping it cleaned up each day before they left. We love our basement, bathroom and windows. After three projects, we are fans and wouldn't think of calling anyone else. Highly recommending these guys!

Dan is wonderful to work with. We've used him many many times over and he always stands behind his work. He is easy to work with, very friendly and professional as well. His workers are also very personable and are able to do their jobs well. Dan is around and active in the job stopping and checking to make sure all is going well. We were having work done over the holiday of Thanksgiving and our house was a total mess with furniture from two rooms all piled into one. He personally assisted with " moving of furniture and helping me vacuum and clean just to make sure i was able to get my house back in order quicker. The work is beautiful and we are very pleased. He also had a few issues along the way that prob took his crew longer and cost them more money but he did not charge as any extra. We will always use Dan for our home remodels.

Loebrich recently provided and installed new interior doors, replacing the old plywood doors. The new 6 panel doors look totally awesome and the oak trim make them stand out even more. All the work was done by very professional carpenters that took the time to do the job right. In addition, they took special effort to keep the house clean while they were working. A good example: they took there shoes off and on when entering and exiting. Really! In addition, the work was done at a very reasonable price.
This is not surprising, cause the other two jobs they did -- sunroom and Sunsetter awning -- was performed in a similar manner. While doing the sunroom, they noticed that my footer was not deep enough for specs of the area. They had to cut the concrete and redo the footer to meet spec. Not an easy job, but they did it for a reasonable price and to high-level standard. Likewise, the Sunsetter awning job was performed very well -- exceeding my expectation. We love all the work that they do and don't even shop around for an contractor when we want to do updates. Dan Loebrich knows I like his work, and with that said, did not try to take advantage of me on the last job on price.
