They never showed up to remove the leaves. I scheduled my appointment over a week in advance and was told that I was subject to a fee for changing my appointment in the 24 hours before the appointment time. They don't follow their own rule. No call, no show, and an appointment rescheduled without any input from me. I cancelled all future appointments, but could have received a whopping $15 credit! Maybe the credit should be as much as the cancellation fee you would have charged me if I did the same thing?
