Mr. Plumb remodeled my basemend and did a terrific job. I got so many compliments on how my basement looked. He did bathroom,living, bedroom and entertaining space in my basement.He is nice and very committed to his job. He was easy to deal with and was always available when we needed him even after his job was completed. I am a satisfied customer and I highly recommend him to others.

We contacted kulla construction after a friend recommended him to us, to do our roof, kitchen and other work. We are very pleased with the workmanship and professionalism. He worked with us all the way and was very patient with us constantly changing our minds on which cabinets we want or the design. Everything looks so beautiful from flooring to kitchen.

Our Experience with Kulla Construction Inc - at 586-709-1171 (Shelby Township)

We signed a contract with Kulla Contruction on 4/21 to finish a small size of basement by 5/12. it's a small project that should only take 10 days. They kept delayed at the begining and said that not to worry as they would finish in time, finally at the 2nd week, they sent an unexperience 24 yrs old kid came to do bathroom drain work, he made a big mess, at 3rd week, the owner and his son came to work for 3 hours.Basically they sent workers come to work a few hours a week. They come as they have time and always late, sometimes they do not even show up. It has been almost 6 weeks, they only finished 30% of the work.

They asked for advanced 2nd payment on 6/20 and said that they need money to finish the work, the son promised me that they would finish by the end fo June, They kept delayed day by day and week by week, They would send workers there work a few hours a week as they are working on other big projects. They always told me that they would come when they have time. They told me everyweek that they would finish the work by that week. They would just give different reasons daily and not to come to work. They still have not completed the work as of 7/31 and just walk away. It's two weeks job, but they still could not finished after almost 15 weeks.

7/23, Monday - they said that they would come later afternoon, but the son called later afternoon and said the father was very tired and woould come next day, Tuesday

7/24, Tuesday - the son called me later afternoon, that they could not make it and would come Wednesday.

7/25, Wednesday - the son called me again as the workers could not make it, so they would come Thursday.

7/26, Thursday - they sent two worker come to work on bathroom and painting. the painter used wrong color of paint to paint the bathroom after I have told them at least 3 times. the worker installed the shower did not install the plastics strip inside the shower, he does not speak English, so I would not expect he can read the installation instruction. I called the son immediately, he said the father would come later afternoon to check, but again he did not come and said would come the next day

7/27, Friday - the son called me and said that the father could not make it and would come next day, Saturday.

7/28, Saturday- the son called me and said that the father could not make it again and would ome next Monday.

7/30, Monday - the son called me and said the the father was too busy and would come next day to finsih up

7/31, Tueday - the son and father came, but walked away and do not want to finish the job after I pointed out two outlets are not working and the shower was not installed correcly.

Above situcation is just one of example that happened almost every week from the begining, they do not feel sorry for the delay,

They has wasted our time and take our money very seriously, but not our work.
