Hired through Lowe's. Worker showed up 6 hours late without excuse. Didn't have equipment, went shopping twice. Took 2 plus days to install a fence I was told would take one day. Too many problems to even describe.
No recourse from Lowe's who got paid 100% before start of work.

Contractor walked off the job in the morning and emailed me later that day. His insurance and license were canceled because of complaints. He stopped communicating and kept my deposit for half the job. The work done needs to be redone because they used the wrong materials and spacing. The materials ordered warped because they were not stored correctly. Net: No deck, no money and more expense to continue to correct mistakes made. Ty Kirkpatrick lied, stole from me and created a bigger problem. PLUS he did not pay his worker so he stole from him as well. Constantly came late or not at all. Left the site a mess every day and abused my garden furniture, put my powerwasher in a place that got soaked and littered the driveway with boards he didn't cart away. CCB contacted me to tell me I am the fifth person he has conned this year.
