Sadly, kemp windows “I want your money” and Kemp Windows “ I have your money “ is like Jekyl and Hyde. We contracted with them to install 18 windows Even though this wasn’t our lowest estimate, we were so impressed with Mr Kemp and his sales presentation, and he assured us he used his own installers, not a sub-contractor. We had several red flags during installation, and with a little pushing, all was well. Until the installation was finished and we had a brown, ugly substance running down our white siding from several of our new windows. The same substance was also on various places around the outside of our home and on several of the new frames. That’s when we saw the other side of Mr Kemp. After 6 months of lies and broken promise and ignoring us , it took a “threatening “ type letter to get things moving. Amazingly, he was able to match our siding in 1 1/2 hours, although he had “tried” for over 6 months. Our windows were installed on April 20, 2022, and the stained siding was replaced on November 8,2022. Now we have $14000 worth of windows installed my a sub contractor, working for a company we have no confidence in. Not a comfortable position, to say the least.
