SCAM ALERT. DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON.
My warranty company sent him out for a service request for a broken fridge. He came out to look at it, said it would probably need to be replaced, collected the $89 service fee, and then he was supposed to work with the warranty company to get me the replacement fridge. He never communicated with the warranty company, and kept dodging my calls. I got him on the phone once, three weeks after when he came to assess the fridge, and he said he had to send a model number to the warranty company and that he'd get that done in two days....and that was almost three weeks ago. He proceeded to ignore all my phone calls, and all my voicemails went unanswered. i finally had to report him to the warranty company, and complain to them in order for them to send out a different contractor to look at the fridge. i checked better business bureau and he's done this exact same scam to other people. he'll respond to a request from a warranty company, go out for the initial visit and take the fee, and then no one hears from him again. He should be in jail,or at the very least he shouldn't be able to do this to other people.
