Have any of you heard from someone claiming to be working with Tim Marlow to stay in business and get his bills paid? We did but the guy seemed to be making the same excuses that Tim Marlow had made...nothing was his fault!

Warning! This contractor took and cashed our checked for 1/2 of a bathroom remodel even though we canceled within the grace period because of complaints we became aware of through another contractor. He has acknowledged that the contract has been canceled and assured us he would return the money, but that was just one of many fabrications. That money has not been returned, and he is simply ignoring communication attempts.
We have filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Office and the Better Business Bureau with no success. Stay aware from this guy!

Tim Marlow and IQ Renovations took us for several thousand dollars. This has been going on since August 2010. He had a new excuse every week for the return of our money! Apparently he lives off the money paid in advance . He should be in jail. We did contact the State AG last week after seeing the WHO Channel 13 TV report.

This company has a long history of accepting money from consumers and not performing the work or providing a refund. I signed a contract with them in August 2010 and as of today, January 27, 2011, no work has been started nor have I received a refund as requested. Tim Marlow accepted a check in the amount of $39,098 and has not contacted me since. Since 2005, he has scammed consumers, subcontractors and suppliers for over $317,000 and has a suit filed against him with the Attorney General's Office. I have hired a lawyer, filed compaints with the Attorney General's Office and Better Business Bureau, and have contacted the media to get the word out to not do business with this company.
