We evaluate and document everything visible at the time of inspection, from the site grading and foundation to the attic and the roof. We are sticklers for detail, and have been accused of "over-inspecting" by ASHI competitors. We have been labeled "deal-killers" by local real estate agents. We have 1000's of satisfied clients, and have a current "A" rating on Angie's List.
