In 1998, Jose A. Gonzalez Jr. left the employment Wireless Retail and began his own construction company in Newark, New Jersey.

In 2003, Jose A. Gonzalez Jr. took the company's operations and guided the firm into the 21st century, with early computerization of all aspects of the business.
