E+E retrofitted Pit Stop Convenience Store in Peachtree City, Georgia with a canopy induction kit that cuts the store s energy use from 11,680 watts to 4000 watts that s a 66% savings! An added benefit is better and brighter lighting for its customers (light levels increased 6% on the ground) with a far longer life than conventional metal halide fixtures.
What may be our most impressive accomplishment is how we re reducing the need for coal-fired electricity. That really hits home for E+E because there s a power plant less than a mile from our offices in West Atlanta.
