I selected Douglas Cooling and Heating to replace my 20 year old AC and Furnace. The entire team from Sales, sheet metal, install, technicians and office staff were the best I've ever seen in over 50 years. The Lead Installer, Jamie, was outstanding. He took every effort to ensure the entire process was accomplished in a very professional manner. In fact, the entire crew Jamie, Terry, Ricky, Russell, Johnny, and Brandon were all extremely professional, knowledgeable and first-class people. I can't imagine a better AC company. If you have any AC, Heating, Water Heater or Electrical needs, Douglas is an absolute much -- the first call you need to make to resolve your AC and Electrical needs. Clearly, the best of the best!
