Rolland did approximately 10 decks for me and EVERYONE came back up within 30 days. He has the basics down but does not know the proper combinations of the products to get the coatings to last. Once this was evident he stopped returning calls and just disappeared. Another Craig s list flop! Use licensed trades as you have recourse if they do this to you. FYI- The cost to repair all his mistakes so far is in excess of $10,000.00! Paul
