A fairly simple project, turned into a nightmare. Contractor is a nice fellow; but, utterly failed on doing what he was hired to do. He damaged driveway edging, so it is now visibly bent. He brought in way too much cheap drainage rock which has ruined the driveway; but, also does not match the existing rock.
My sense is that he knows how to operate the equipment; but, was not qualified for the job. He was paid in full even though we will have to live with the problems he created.
