Had work done in my basement under a year ago and everything is already falling apart. He didn't do what was asked, after confronting him about it he always had some stupid excuse. I had to clean up after him and repaint walls due to him carrying things inside and scraping up against them. I regret and wish I would of spent the extra money and hired someone else to do the work. I am now paying someone a second time to do a re-re model. I would call someone else.

Gary and his Son, Chris were given 7 days to complete my project. My wife was expecting and we knew we had a short window to get our bathroom done. From the first day Gary and his son spent alot of extra time making sure everything was correct, even spent the extra time to make sure the area was clean every single day. They made sure my wife was comfortable with the project, and kept us in the "Loop" on every step of the project. They had no problem meeting us at the home improvement store and helped us pickout the best faucets, fixtures and supplies. They got the project completed in 6 days and also came in under budget which made us evem more happy! We had enough money left over we were able to hire them to install new laminate flooring as well as new quarter-round in our livingroom area. Thank you again!

We hired Brenner Construction to install and tile a bathroom shower in our home. The workmanship was inferior as the stepout slants outward, causing shower water to run onto the bathroom floor instead of back into the shower; broken tiles were used when there were plenty of good tile to use; hazing not removed from tile; grout in corners is cracked. We have requested and were promised he would make it right---however, after a YEAR of excuses, he has now refused to correct the issues without additional payment. We would not recommend this contractor if you want quality work.
