Scott Bear from Bear Sunrooms came to our house. We had a room sunrooms with foundation and open to the house. As he looked at it he told us his product would be able to keep the open concept we had. Well upon final approval of failed per Wisconsin energy code. We were able to prove via arbitration that the contract was breached and awarded 1000a o dollars but because laws are written to protect contractor what we were left with is a layout no where near what we had and wanted. Look else where when looking for a contractor. He is a good sales men but knows little about building codes as good contractor would have told us you need to find another product.
