A.P.C. built a 28x32 garage shell for us and I love it! My husband and I shy away from contractors due to some bad experiences in the past but the craftsmanship of this company is very good. The concrete looks beautiful and they built the garage with alot of care in what they were doing. The group of employees were very kind and well mannered. Any minor blemishes we saw on final approval was fixed in a very timely manner. The garage was built on-time. Contract was clean cut with all the pertinent information. Most of the communication was good they communicated when and what they would be doing. If they had to improve on anything I would say provide a more detailed list of what materials will be included on the project and before making some decisions of what product to get bring in the customer so we have a vote. There were also some misconceptions of what was said and was relayed incorrectly to others in the company. Some of the communication foopah was on the customer side too - lol
I say this company is a keeper folks!
