If you like writing a check for $100 each month for a easy handout on the other end - then this is the Contractor you want. You will not feel them or here from them at all and there is speculation that they don't show up each week (which you are paying for). When I confronted the owner, he offered no loyalty or customer care and never bothered to call me, despite my e-mail request to get an update on my pool care (going into the summer months of use). Instead, the owner stated in an e-mail: "We will not be able to continue your weekly pool service. We regret to inform you that we will be terminating your pool service with AJ Swimming Pool Service and Consulting LLC effective immediately." Since I never heard from the pool company I decided to have my pool water tested - the results came back non-favorable for proper pool care (as stated by the company that analyzed my water sample). Use them at your own risk - but if you like handing money out each month without feeling a quality pool company - then this is the company for you. I guess what made this company ultimately want to terminate my service is the fact that I previously asked that they document each weekly visit with some sort of documentation means to prove that the service rep serviced the pool - although I inquired on this - I got no response. I'd steer clear of this company which, in my view, lacks serious quality control of there field services. My new pool company has no problem provided an automatic checklist of services rendered at my doorstep following each weekly service visit - and at a fee less than what I was paying for with this pool company.
