I liked the way the owner introduced himself, after his company was hired for the job there was no leadership when it came down to who was running the crew which led to poor workmanship. Job went extremely over schedule, licensed plumber might have shown up to the job site 3 or 4 times in the 11 months it took his company to complete the job. Whenever I called him to complain about the workers he stopped me and told me there was no way they could have done the things I was complaining about even though I was the one who was at the job site everyday watching and managing the work. This plumber has all the capabilities of doing the job but if you hire him make sure to have him put skin in the game and require him to be on site everytime his workers are there.
