What would be the average cost to repipe old plumbing for 2.5 bathroom and kitchen with combine material copper PCV and PE?

Per linear foot the PE water supply is very low, compared to copper lines that is very high per linear foot.

From our own experience here in South/Central Texas during one hard freeze back in 2010 [wintertime]. A good copper line in the crawl space froze, where the PE fair well. So the PE was able to expand and never broke.
