In each states, do steel fabricators need to be licensed when they install the steel on the jobsite?

Hi,

My name is Jayden Pak, and I am currently working for a steel fabricating company. I was trying to reserch about the above question, but then it was hard to find right answer.

The states that I am researching are following..

CA, OR, WA, NV, UT, NM, AZ, HI, AK, CO, MT, WY, ID

Actually, I went every the board of licensing websites at each states, but I couldnt find the answer what i am looking for..

So my question is.. " Do steel fabricators need to be licensed to install the steel on the jobsite in every state? in terms of licensing issues, does it matter that steel fabricator company install the steel by themselves or let hired erectors install the steel on the job site?? I want to know above answer by each states.
