I purchased a new home and the floors looked like the previous owners had held in-home tap classes for their kids and ice-skating practice for the whole neighborhood. They were bad. I had many people come in and give me estimates - some wanted me to replace the floor, others looked around, handed me a number, and left. Then I met John from Finishline. What a breath of fresh air! He was the only contractor who treated the appointment like a consultation. He went into detail about the various options that were offered, and the process as a whole step-by-step. He treated the job like a project he couldn't wait to take on just to show what he could do - not like the others where it was just $$ in the bank. After we agreed upon the price, the start time for the project was just days later. The guys performing the work were absolutely excellent! They even brought a couple of stains for me to choose from and spent the time creating a real color palette on my floor. John made the effort to stop by and check in on the project and me to make sure I was satisfied. The result is simply phenomenal! I had no idea my floors could ever look this good - but John did - and he delivered! I will recommend Finishline to anyone looking for a floor refinishing contractor. I have nothing but great things to say!

HORRIBLE.
we used them recently and this is when the nightmares began....tried to rectify the situation but it allll failed.!
they are unlicensed and uninsured.....the are inexperienced and no professionalism whatsoever..
stay away from them....
you have all been warned!
