I hired Anthony to update a short sale home I had purchased "as is". The whole roof (including rafters) needed to be replaced, laundry room, bathroom and kitchen flooring redone, new dishwasher installed, mold remediation.

I requested my money back and had to send a letter of termination with the following reasons. (Have not heard from him since)

- With confirmation from a licensed inspector the majority of the work on the original contract has not been done correctly and/or has not been complete at all.

- Lack of communication. Would ignore my messages for weeks.

- Missing numerous short sale mortgage deadlines.

- After Anthony advised the work was complete and requested a balance due. A licensed inspector reviewed the work that was said to be done and the majority of the work on the original contract had not been done correctly and/or has not been complete at all.

- Anthony also used my personal mailing address as his own business address without my permission.

Stay clear of this Fraud....

Beware of this contractor. He is not licensed with the state. He is a fraud and his warranty is worthless. He incorrectly installed our hot tub using a man who was NOT a licensed electrician. He lied to us about using a licensed electrician and knew that we had pulled a permit. We failed inspection. Tony never came back to fix the job or complete the final inspection. He stopped answering all phone calls and emails. We had to spend a lot to money to hire a real electrician to redo his work up to code and get our inspection properly. He is a fraud. Beware. Do not hire Tony Ciabattoni. Letters to his address come back undeliverable. He does not answer his email at His brother worked with him.

This person started some work at a condo building, took money and then never returned to finish the work. The gutters for the building are lying in the yard of the condo.

He does not return messages and just disappreared. Horrible situation left behind.

RUN FOR YOUR LIFE! BEWARE!

If there was 0 stars I would leave it for this man. Anthony Ciabattoni owner of AAC Home Solutions is not even a LICENSE CONTRACTOR and hasn't been since 2011 according to the new castle county office. He also doesn't have a compliance bond or insurance AND HAS NUMEROUS VIOLATIONS AGAINST HIM.

I met with Anthony on 8/20/14 were he proceeded to tell me he was licensed and had full insurance. I signed a contract to do a fire restoration job for $15,000.00 I paid him 1/3 up front $5,000 by check he claimed the job would be completed in 4-6 weeks and he would have his men working on the the job 24/7. The job was suppose to start on 8/21/14 needless to say Anthony never returned back to my house and 4 weeks has gone by.

On 8/27/14 he said he was picking up the blueprints then was suppose to start the job the next day, that never happened. Then on 9/4/14 he was sending 2 men and a dumpster out to take out the old electrical wiring out in the house, again that never happened.

After a array of colorful excuses (Grandfathers death and Blueprint delays ext.) he refuses to answer my phone calls and text messages and will not refund my money.

Please do not hire this contractor I have contacted the police AND

I'm in the process of getting my money back and pressing criminal fraud charges. I also think trusted pros should remove this IMPOSTER from its website as it confuses people and is leaving them open to being scammed like I was.

Bottom line: It's been 4 weeks since this unlicensed deceitful person cashed my check and he hasn't returned back to my property or done ANY work or giving me my refund.
